- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed after 12pm PST begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Orders over 75 dollars ship free within the United States.
- Expedited shipping options may appear at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping typically delivers in 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery times vary by carrier, location, and seasonal volume.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.
- Contact cs@makitagear.com immediately and we will assist if the order has not begun processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked delivered but is missing, check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
- Packages lost in transit will be investigated with the carrier.
- Makita Gear is not responsible for stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
International Shipping
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Holidays
Orders will not ship on the following days.
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, orders do not ship on Friday.
If a holiday falls on a Sunday, orders do not ship on Monday.
