AS AN EXISTING MAKITA GEAR CUSTOMER, DOES THE NEW SITE HAVE MY LOGIN INFORMATION OR WILL I NEED TO REGISTER AS A NEW USER?
The Makita Gear store has transferred to a new, updated platform and will not contain previous account information. You may register for a new account on the store or over the phone with the Customer Service team. Registering for an account allows you to place future orders faster by setting up an account where you can save your information. It also enables you to monitor your order status, track your order history, and receive promotional emails for new products and periodic discounts on merchandise.


DOES THE NEW SITE HAVE THE SAME PRODUCTS AS BEFORE OR ARE THERE ALL NEW PRODUCTS?
With a new and exciting site comes equally new and exciting merchandise! Please browse the new apparel, headwear, and accessory options and be sure to check back this Fall when even more product will be launching.


IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER IT?
Items are not able to be back-ordered, however inventory is replenished weekly for most items so be sure to check back on the store often! If you have a question regarding current stock or incoming inventories, please chat, call, or email our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help!


IF I NEED A PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT SEE ON THE STORE, CAN I ASK TO HAVE SOMEONE FIND IT FOR ME?
If you have a project or an event and need product(s) not featured on the store, you can acquire those products via a spot buy order. (Please note that spot buy orders do have associated minimum order quantities and the desired items must be purchased in bulk.) Please contact Customer Service directly with your request. HOW WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDERS?
Tracking information is provided for any order that ships via Standard UPS Ground or an expedited service and is emailed to the email address on your account once your order ships. You can also check the status of your current orders by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” page. For more information on our various offered shipping methods, please visit the “Shipping & Returns” page located at the bottom of the site.


AM I ABLE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM THE STORE?
Returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise are gladly accepted for full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Returns of customized merchandise are not accepted except in the case of manufacturer defect. For complete return guidelines, please visit the “Shipping and Returns” link below.


HOW DO THE SHIPPING RATES WORK?
All shipping rates are weight-based and calculated using real-time UPS rates.
